Do you only work with businesses nearby?

Most IT support can be done remotely, and websites can be built for anyone anywhere. For on-site work, we serve Topeka, KS and surrounding towns.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes. We build on platforms that are easy to edit and give you a short walkthrough. Or leave it to us with a care plan.

How does payment work?

Website projects are 50% up front to reserve your spot and 50% when the site is ready to launch. Care plans are billed monthly in advance. Hourly work is invoiced when the job is done.

What happens if I need more than 3 hours of IT support in a month?

We'll let you know when you're getting close. Anything beyond your included hours is billed at our standard $65/hour rate — never without asking you first. If you're regularly going over, we'll suggest a plan that fits better.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Care plans are month-to-month. We'd rather keep you because you're happy than because you're stuck.

What if I already have an IT person or web developer?

Happy to work alongside them, fill gaps, or take over cleanly. We'll document everything either way.

How quickly can you help in an emergency?

Care plan clients get priority same-day response. For everyone else, reach out and we'll help as quickly as we can.
